Units with such documents are asked to please take them<br \/>\nto the collection point on the designated date and time for the staff of Operations Section to handle<br \/>\n(Processing: Documents will be sprayed with water, pressed into large paper bales and bound with wire.<br \/>\nPictures will be taken during the whole process). Furthermore, in compliance with the university&#8217;s policy<br \/>\nto promote personal information protection, from now on an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1eVY6D_EUVXC1qUAJP2-spKXluC4evV7r\/view?usp=share_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application form<\/a>\u00a0(which is now available for<br \/>\ndownload from the &#8220;Downloadable Forms&#8221; of General Affairs Division website) is required to be<br \/>\nattached to the confidential documents to be destroyed by the Operations Section. The application<br \/>\nform will be returned to the original unit for reference after processing.<\/p>\n<p>2.All confidential documents must be well sealed inside a box or other package to avoid<br \/>\nbeing lost during the delivery process.
