2022-23 Ay Taipei Campus Vehicle (Cars And Motorcycles) Parking Permit Application Procedure Due To Covid-19

1.In order to shorten the period of applying for parking permits, all faculty and staff members are to please log into the website of General Affairs Division/News/ Vehicle (Cars and Motorcycles) Parking Permit Application (https://gad.mcu.edu.tw/zh-hant) and select the application form according to your identity. The Operations Section will complete the Parking Permit within three working days, not including holidays (date of application submission not included). Please pay the fee using the Automated Payment Machine on campus and then use the stub to pick up your Parking Permit at the Operations Section.

2.Taipei campus vehicle parking permits are open for application starting on August 8. If you need one, please download the “Parking Permit Application Form” on the General Affairs Division website and complete the form, then bring it along with your original driver’s license and vehicle registration (The vehicle must be owned by the applicant, a direct blood relative or spouse.) to Operations Section of General Affairs Division.

3.Due to limited parking availability on Taipei campus, two days per week are designated for all administrative staff (excluding MCU directors) and general labors, on which they are not allowed to drive into the campus. Staff members at Taoyuan campus and Jihe Complex are to follow the same regulation (It is prohibited for them to drive onto Taipei campus on Mondays and Thursdays.).

4.Fees for parking permits:
4-1. Car parking permit for full-time faculty and administrative directors: 2000NTD/per academic year
4-2. Car parking permit for administrative staff members: 1000NTD/ per academic year
4-3. Car parking permit for outside vendors: 2000NTD/per academic year
4-4. Temporary car parking permit for outside vendors: 1000NTD/per academic year
4-5. Car parking permit for part-time faculty and student club advisors: 500NTD/per academic year
4-6. Motorcycle parking permit: 200NTD/per academic year
